Calculate intensities from a documented annual report, then compare a building scenario year by year with a reference trajectory you provide.
This arithmetic comparison is not a certified CRREM assessment, an EPC, Taxonomy compliance or an estimate of value loss. No CRREM curve, emission factor or automatic renovation scenario is embedded.
Use the same period, area and building coverage for both reports. Check tenant and common-area uses, vacancy, on-site renewables and refrigerant emissions. Heat-pump electricity consumption must not be divided by COP a second time. Dividing by area does not perform CRREM normalisations.
Enter valid values and a file reference to display the comparison.
Identify source, version, country, property type, starting year, carbon scope and projection assumptions. Building columns must reflect documented changes in consumption and emission factors. The report intensities above are not automatically extended into the future.
Five columns in this order: year; target energy; target carbon; building energy; building carbon. Semicolon or tab separator, decimal comma or dot, no thousands separators. Energy in kWh/m²/year and carbon in kg CO₂e/m²/year. At least two consecutive years from 2000 to 2150; no gaps, duplicates or blank cells. No interpolation or extrapolation.
Enter valid values and a file reference to display the comparison.
For a CRREM assessment, use official data matching the property and the full methodology, including normalisations and emission-factor projections. Commercial integration is subject to CRREM licensing terms. An exceedance year does not establish a rental ban or value loss; no “net zero” result is inferred from the target curve.
