Your data is hosted in Europe on secure servers (Supabase). We do not sell or share your information. Without an account, nothing leaves your browser.

When will the Pro tier be available?

Can I use tevaxia for official valuation reports?

The tools provide indicative calculations. The Pro tier will include customisable EVS 2025 compliant reports. For a certified valuation report, a qualified valuer is still required.
