In Luxembourg, a move-in inspection report is mandatory when a rental guarantee is required. It must be written, precise, jointly reviewed, dated and signed by the parties no later than move-in. A move-out report is recommended; it is not generally required by law. Normal wear is not damage chargeable to the tenant. This tool does not certify observations or their legal classification.
