/profil/api: create a key with scope (estimation, mlv, dcf, fees), monthly quota, IP allowlist. Manual rotation, instant revocation. Full logs (call, latency, error) visible in real-time.

What are the quotas and pricing?

Free tier: 100 requests/day (dev/test usage). Pro tier (LU SARL-S incorporation ongoing): 10,000 requests/month, 100 req/min rate limit. Enterprise: custom quotas, 99.9% SLA, dedicated support. No per-request billing (flat-rate pricing).

Is there a TypeScript / Python SDK?

No official SDK yet. API is standard REST (JSON, Bearer auth) usable with any HTTP client: fetch, axios, requests, httpx. SDK will be published if call volume > 1M/month. OpenAPI schemas importable in Postman / Insomnia.

Are responses signed?

PDF reports (EVS valuation) include SHA-256 signature verifiable at /verify. JSON responses aren't signed by default (client already authenticates with API key). On Enterprise request: JWT response signature possible.

Is the methodology open-source?

Hedonic model is public: coefficients, 95% CI, MAPE 14.7%, R² published on /transparence. DCF/MLV algorithms follow TEGOVA EVS 2025 + EBA/CRR standards. Client source code progressively open-source (pure calculation libs on GitHub forthcoming). Backend proprietary.
