⚠ Before sending: check with your condominium rules the maximum number of shares a proxy can represent (often 5%). The syndic itself generally cannot act as proxy unless expressly authorised. The proxy must be signed and dated before the meeting. The handwritten mention "bon pour pouvoir" is recommended.
