No, most public tools (estimation, fees, aids, capital gains) work without an account. An account lets you save estimates to the cloud (500 free items), receive price alerts per commune and generate signed PDF reports.

Is the tevaxia estimate accepted by banks?

The public estimate is indicative (MAPE ~14.7%). For a banking file, most LU banks require an EVS 2025 report signed by a TEGOVA REV/TRV certified valuer. The /valorisation module generates a compliant PDF, SHA-256 signable, publicly verifiable at /verify.

How does the Bëllegen Akt work?

The Bëllegen Abatement (law 09/07/2014, amended) offers a registration duty tax credit of up to €30,000 per buyer for a primary residence. /frais-acquisition computes it automatically based on your profile (resident, first-time, couple/single).

Can I use tevaxia for property in France or Belgium?

The methods (hedonic estimation, DCF, fees) are international, but LU-specific tools (Bëllegen Akt, Klimabonus, PAG, AIS) don't apply. For a cross-border property, use /estimation in generic mode + adjust fees per local legislation.
