Yes. /syndic/coproprietes/[id]/fonds-travaux computes minimum legal capitalisation (5% of annual operating budget for buildings > 10 years), multi-year works plan (PPT), and alert thresholds. When the law is enacted (expected 2026-2027), tools will switch to final parameters.

What's the difference between LU and FR syndic?

In LU, syndic is not mandatory if < 5 units and unanimous representation. No mandatory separate account (unlike FR ALUR law). No official ARC/ASCR. Fees are free (competition Matera/Cotoit online vs traditional firms). tevaxia tools are LU-calibrated but 11th PCMN accounting methods are standard BE/LU.

How to send GM convocation and collect proxies?
