Is the hedonic method published?

Yes, /transparence shows the 14 coefficients, 95% CI, significance (ns/*/**/***), MAPE 14.7% and R². Model re-calibrated on ACT 2018-2024. You can cite this method in your report.

How does SHA-256 signature work?

On issuance, the PDF is hashed and the hash stored in DB (immutable via trigger). The signature block contains hash + /verify URL + timestamp. Client pastes URL on /verify which re-hashes and compares — if matches, integrity guaranteed. No costly PKI needed.

Multi-valuer: how to share?

/profil/organisation lets you create a firm, invite members (admin/member/viewer roles), share valuations. Admin stats via OrgAgencyStats: top valuers, API calls, conversion. VIES lookup on creation to pre-fill from VAT number.

Can I export to DOCX for my firm template?

The tevaxia PDF is the signable deliverable. For an editable DOCX, use 'Copy JSON' and import into your Word template via mail-merge, or contact us for custom templated DOCX export.
