Does the PMS handle multiple hotels?

Yes. Each user can create N properties (hotel, motel, residence…) in /pms. /hotellerie/groupe consolidates RevPAR/EBITDA/occupancy multi-hotel with owner reports. The PMS itself handles one property at a time (dedicated view per property), but all KPIs roll up to the group dashboard.

Can I sync with Booking and Airbnb?

Yes via read-only iCal RFC 5545 feed per property or per room. Paste the URL in Booking/Airbnb/Expedia extranet so they block dates. No channel manager push (intentional: avoids overbookings, no ~€100/month channel manager SaaS fees).

What VAT applies in Luxembourg?

Lodging: 3% (art. 40 law 12.02.1979 + annex B). F&B: 17% standard, 14% certain meals, 8% solid meals not consumed on-site. Tourist tax: per commune, configurable per property (€3/night/adult in Luxembourg-City 2026, varies by commune).

Does EBITDA report use USALI?

Yes, USALI 11th ed. (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, 2014). Structure: Rooms / F&B / Other Operating Departments → Total Operating Revenue → Departmental Profit → Undistributed Operating Expenses → GOP → Fixed Charges → EBITDA. FF&E reserve 4% standard.

How to get Green Key ESG certification?

/hotellerie/certifications-esg pre-diagnoses on the 29 FEE Green Key criteria + investment roadmap (LED, water management, sorting, local purchasing). The certification itself is requested from Oekocenter (LU FEE-approved association), yearly membership ~€400.
